Samuel, Gabriel and Emanuel in India

2015

For the past 10 years, our organization has been supporting Samuel, Gabriel, and Emanuel by providing them with a specially adapted scooter and a computer, and by covering their tuition costs. Thanks to this support, Samuel, who holds a degree in accounting, is enrolled in a professional development program to improve his job prospects. Gabriel is in his third year of computer science, and Emmanuel is studying the humanities.

Coalfield Children Classes

2019

The “COALFIELD CHILDREN CLASSES” program was established in Jharia to provide a better future for 80 children working in the coal mines. Thanks to the initiative of Professor Pinaki Roy and his wife, these children are taking classes in English, mathematics, and computer science. Since 2022, we have also been funding dance and art classes, convinced that art is a powerful way to broaden their horizons. This educational program gives these children the chance to build a better future for themselves, far from the dangers of the mines.

Educational Vegetable Garden

In Jharia, India, in the heart of a region scarred by coal mining, a vegetable garden has taken root as a beacon of hope. On a still modest plot of land, children are learning the basics of farming and how to care for the earth.
